• Build and maintain Sales and Service Clouds and manage integrations with upstream and downstream consumers
• Collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in backend development tools
• Own and support CRM Release Management, contributing to the improvement of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and create technical documentation for peers
• Successfully execute engineering and release priorities through strong leadership and communication

• 10+ years of development experience
• Demonstrated expertise in architecting, designing, and implementing solutions in a highly integrated, enterprise-scale environment
• Experience leading design and code reviews
• Proficiency in Git version control and repository management in Gitlab
• Experience creating solution designs that integrate with APIs

• Comfortable partnering with Dev Ops teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in an Agile Scrum environment with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to build custom tools for task automation
• Familiarity with integrating with 3rd Party tools, APIs, and other web services
