$150,000 – $260,000 per year.

• Design, develop, and maintain distributed systems in Elixir/Phoenix/Live View that scale to high traffic.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to build new features and deliver them quickly.
• Participate in coding reviews, write tests, and make performance optimizations.
• Own feature development in a fast‑moving, fully remote environment.

Experience & Technical Expertise:

• 12+ years of software development, 5+ in senior or staff engineering roles.
• Expert in Elixir (and related frameworks); experience with Phoenix, Live View, and distributed Elixir.
• Deep knowledge of microservices, event‑driven architecture, and cloud‑native patterns. Familiarity with GCP, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Strong system‑design skills for high‑scale, reliable services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead technical initiatives across teams.

Leadership & Communication:

• Lead technical discussions, influence without direct authority, and build consensus.
• Document architecture decisions and create clear technical documents.
