OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in application architecture, full-stack development, and problem solving to help design and develop components of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. The ideal candidate will be hands‑on, innovative, and experienced in building robust, scalable, and secure systems using modern technologies.
LocationHybrid 2 days per week - Brooklyn Park, MN or Remote
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and enhance components of identity and access management systems.
- Contribute to and gain insight into overall application architecture and system design.
- Apply modern software engineering patterns to create scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to propose and implement system architectures aligned with business goals.
- Identify and solve complex technical challenges with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Ensure delivery of well‑tested, high‑quality software solutions through CI/CD practices and automation.
- Work with a modern tech stack, including Kotlin, Micronaut, Java, Spring, Golang, Python, relational databases, Kibana, and CI/CD tooling.
- Strong background in Application Architecture Design
- Experience with Dev Ops and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in Java and/or Golang (preferred)
- Strong Full Stack Development capabilities
- Excellent Problem Solving and Critical Thinking skills
- Development experience with Kotlin, Java, Golang, or Python
- Ability to deliver scalable, production‑grade solutions
- Experience in Cybersecurity
- Background or familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts
