As a Full-Stack Developer at Educate, you’ll own major parts of our software
—building fast, reliable, and scalable systems end-to-end. You’ll work across front-end and back-end
, turning product ideas into production-ready features used by tens of thousands of users worldwide.

We move fast here. You’ll need to think independently, ship clean code, and take full responsibility for what you build.

• Proven track record in architecting complex UI solutions.

Timezone alignment matters — we run tight, and communication speed is key. Educate is a fully remote team, but we operate primarily in EST time zones
. You can work from anywhere, but you’ll need to overlap with our core hours to collaborate effectively and move projects forward fast.

The ideal candidate knows how to simplify complex technical ideas and communicate them clearly across teams. Collaboration comes naturally — technical or not, everyone stays aligned and moves fast.

You possess a proven track record of success in leading digital projects. A strong background in modern web development technologies and mobile application frameworks is required. You should be a proven leader with a history of driving successful digital initiatives.
