Senior Frontend Engineer; Vue​/Nuxt

• Take ownership of frontend architecture across multiple projects within the Alsendo 1.0 platform.
• Design, implement and maintain scalable, testable, and high-performing front-end solutions.
• Define and promote best practices for code quality, modularity, and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, backend engineers, and UX designers across several European teams.
• Provide technical mentorship to other developers and influence the long-term direction of the frontend stack.
• Work in an agile environment with 2-week sprints, peer reviews, and continuous delivery.

• You have 3+ years of experience building and architecting medium-to-large-scale frontend applications.
• You care about performance optimization, scalability, rendering strategies (SSR, hydration) and testability .
• You are comfortable leading by example and influencing technical decisions.
• You are a proactive team player with excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) — for daily international collaboration.
• You communicate fluently in Czech or Slovak , as the base of our team operates in these languages.
  Polish language is a plus, as part of our team is based in Poland.
