• Collaborate with backend and mobile engineers, designers, and product managers to build and enhance features
• Triage and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth operation of web systems and services
• Work on web platform infrastructure projects to improve system health and performance
• Participate in recruiting activities, including interviewing potential candidates
• Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow engineers on the team

• 2–6 years of experience in a web‑focused engineering role
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, including ES5+ and native DOM APIs, with experience in at least one modern front‑end framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)
• Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar server‑side frameworks is a plus
• Proven ability to build custom pages and components with a focus on performance and responsive design
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field

• Experience with test‑driven development, continuous integration, and automated testing
• Passion for working on projects with measurable business impact
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
