QA Automation Engineer

An opportunity has become available for an experienced mid-level QA Automation Engineer with experience writing and executing test scripts and working with automated testing tools. This role requires someone passionate about delivering outstanding products, who wants to have a meaningful role and make an impact.

• Developing and maintaining performance and load tests to ensure the app can handle millions of concurrent users
• Writing, maintaining, executing, and monitoring mobile and web automation tests that are integrated within our CI/CD pipeline, ensuring appropriate coverage based on project scope and impact
• Analyzing and optimizing functional test coverage and effectiveness, collaborating with developers to improve testing processes
• Improving end-to-end tests for efficiency and maintainability, ensuring API test suites work effectively in CI
• Writing advanced load testing scenarios using tools like JMeter and analyzing performance data to inform test improvements
• Participating in the growth of our global QA team, contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in mobile automated testing
• Communicating effectively across teams and time zones to ensure mobile quality standards are understood and implemented consistently worldwide

• At least 3+ years of experience writing and executing tests, including using automated testing tools for web and/or mobile applications
• Experience with bug tracking tools (such as Jira) and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Expertise in mobile or web testing frameworks and tools
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and project deliverables
• Experience in technical testing of complex systems and ability to identify when to use a design pattern and implement changes with best practices and SOLID principles
• Adept at collaborating with multiple stakeholders, promoting a product quality mindset, and facilitating team development and mentorship
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to apply in a fast-paced, scaling environment
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies to support our expanding global platform
