Software Engineer, Full Stack; Back End Focus

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to build and enhance Conversational UI that drive AI workflows.

This position requires a high‑functioning person who can not only self‑manage (within a structure) but who is also interested in learning new theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies and building convincing proposals that your ideas will help us achieve our ground‑breaking ends.

• Maintain and develop new features across
  
  Pryon’sweb applications (React/Typescript) andbackend services (Golang)
• Architect, design, and develop software that enables
  
  Pryon’scustomers to manage critical operations thatimpactthe sustainability and efficiency of their business.
• Troubleshoot and problem‑solve across platforms
• Recommend andmaintaintechnical design methodologies,processes and standards
• Participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and alignment with best practices.
• Participate on cross-functional design teams to developexpertisein other modules/systems
• Engage with Product Management to drive detailed product requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum) or equivalent practical work experience in the subject areas of:
  Computer Science/Engineering, Computer Programming
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with React, including hooks, state management solutions, andcomponentlifecycle optimization
• Strongexpertisein modern JavaScript and Type Script, with experience implementing type‑safe code patterns
• Experience with CSS technologies such as styled‑components,SASSor Tailwind
• Experience with REST API based testing and basic CI/CD workflow knowledge
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as(Jest, React Testing Library)
• Coding experience in Golang
• Working knowledge of micro-service architectures & large‑scale API design and development
• Excellent coding fundamentals with strong understanding of functional programming principles
• Experience working with Product Management and Design teams to build andmaintaincomponent
  
  UI libraries
• Experience crafting complex product technologies and initiatives from concept through release
• The ability to collaborate and thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications
• Strong collaboration skills - promoting others’ ideas, influencing others, and making teams successful

$150,000 - $175,000 a year
