** At Sim Corp, we develop products that power investment management and financial institutions worldwide.

As part of our Collateral Management Product Area (Data and Post-trade Engineering Line), you will play a key role in the Collateral and Derivatives domain, guiding a Scrum team in building, evolving, and maintaining enterprise products. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will combine deep technical expertise with mentoring and coordination across international teams in Ukraine, Poland, Denmark, Austria, and Germany.
** WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
** As a Lead Developer, you will:
* Provide
** technical leadership
** in design, development, and testing.
* Define and own
** test architecture and quality strategy
** at team level.
* Balance active coding (C#, Angular) with guiding automation initiatives
* Drive adoption of
** automation-first practices
** across the team.
* Ensure high-quality delivery by monitoring coverage, test metrics, and quality KPIs.
* Mentor and coach engineers in development, automation, and testing skills.
* Represent QA   Dev combined approach in cross-team forums.
* Collaborate with stakeholders (POs, TLs, architects) to align technical and quality goals.
* Conduct in-depth root cause analysis for complex defects and ensure preventive actions
* Advocate for and implement improvements in tools, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering processes.
* Represent the team in technical forums and contribute to cross-team knowledge exchange.
** Your qualifications
** We are looking for an engineer who has demonstrated leadership abilities
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
* 7+ years of experience in software engineering with combined Dev   QA responsibilities.
* Expertise in **.NET / C#
** and working knowledge of
** Angular**.
* Known for impactful leadership, resulting in improved efficiency and project success among engineering teams
* Extensive background in test automation (E2E, API, Integration) and test strategy
* Solid experience in
** architecting and developing enterprise-scale applications.
*** Extensive knowledge of Cloud and On-Prem infrastructures (Microsoft Azure experience)
* Deep expertise in
** CI/CD pipelines and tools** (Git, Team City, Azure Dev Ops).
* Thorough understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and Domain-Driven Design
* Familiarity with
** XP practices** (TDD, pair programming, continuous integration).
* Experience with relational databases (SQL).
* Readiness to learn
** APL**.
* Proficient English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher), both written and spoken
* Ability to mentor, motivate, and guide a team toward technical excellence and efficient delivery
