We are looking for an experienced Golang Integration Engineer to join our distributed team and work with leading clients across the Americas. The role is fully remote and requires strong collaboration, ownership, and technical excellence.

• Integrate directly into clients’ teams as part of team augmentation, collaborating daily with designers and engineers.
• Contribute to Full Stack product teams to design, build, and deliver innovative solutions.
• Build and maintain third‑party integrations, including claims clearinghouses such as Aility and financial platforms like Modern Treasury.
• Implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines for robust, scalable applications.
• Tackle challenging technical problems and enhance shared libraries as needed.
• Apply Agile/Scrum practices, attend stand‑ups, and deliver on sprint commitments with extreme ownership.
• Ensure all work aligns with client goals and Full Stack’s high standards of quality and reliability.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Successful completion of a four‑year college degree.
• Strong proficiency in Golang.
• Experience in the health‑tech sector or with healthcare‑related systems is highly preferred.
• Proven experience building third‑party integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with claims clearinghouses (e.g., Aility) and financial systems like Modern Treasury.
• Demonstrated forensic attention to detail.
• Positive mindset, can‑do attitude, and self‑motivation.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong ownership of work with a results‑oriented focus.
• Availability to work a consistent 40‑hour week.
