• Lead full stack development with strong expertise in both front-end and back-end architecture

• Design, build, and implement responsive, progressive, and functional web applications with a focus on usability and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with product designers to build intuitive front-end applications.
• Work with development teams, product managers, QA, Business Analysts, and UX Designers to ideate and deliver software solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of first- and third-party software components.
• Maintain graphic standards, branding, and design consistency across products.
• Write clear, efficient, reusable, and testable code and libraries.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, security, and scalability

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience in web application development.
• 4+ years of experience with .NET backend development.
• Front-end expertise with ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Razor, jQuery, C#, HTML, CSS

• Back-end expertise with SQL databases (Microsoft Azure SQL preferred).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Web Services, and Microservices Architecture
  .
• Cloud development experience with Microsoft Azure
  .
• Proficiency with version control (Git, TFS, CVS, or SVN) and CI/CD pipelines & Security practices
  .
• Ability to translate UI/UX wireframes and templates into functional applications.
• Experience writing unit, integration, and functional tests
  .
• Demonstrated expertise in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment
  .
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Azure Dev Ops
  .
• Integration experience across multiple technologies (
