Full Stack Engineer - Remote (EST)
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with your team to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure, compliant SaaS solutions
• Build and enhance software features to address customer challenges and improve user experience
• Drive continuous improvement efforts and support CI/CD processes throughout the development lifecycle
• Promote and implement automation to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and ensure consistency
• Engage in all stages of product development, working closely with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders
• Review upcoming system and component releases to assess their effect on business operations
• Perform code reviews and verify the quality and accuracy of delivered software
• Develop a deep understanding of business workflows to ensure technology aligns with user needs and success

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS product development or within a regulated (e.g., FDA-compliant) environment; exposure to Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and SQL
• Practical experience with frameworks and tools like Angular, Spring Boot, Postgre
  
  SQL, Docker, Git, Kubernetes, and Apache Kafka
• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design, Event-Driven Architecture, and Reactive Programming is a plus
• Background in Agile/Scrum development, preferably with experience working remotely on distributed teams
• Proficiency with release management and ALM tools like Jira and Git/Git Lab
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create formal technical documentation
• Comfortable working within regulated environments and adhering to compliance requirements
• Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment
• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., Amazon Q) is a bonus
• Background in biomedical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable
