Codertal is looking for an innovative and highly skilled Reinforcement Learning Engineer to build, train, and optimize intelligent agents for real‑world applications. You will work on RL algorithms, simulation environments, reward modeling, and advanced optimization strategies to support our international clients in creating autonomous AI‑driven systems.

You will collaborate closely with AI researchers, software engineers, and product teams to transform cutting‑edge RL concepts into scalable, production‑ready solutions.

• ✅ Develop and optimize reinforcement learning algorithms and agents.
• ✅ Design and train RL models using custom or standard environments.
• ✅ Implement efficient reward shaping strategies for complex tasks.
• ✅ Build scalable training pipelines, simulations, and policy optimization workflows.
• ✅ Analyze model performance and iterate for continuous improvement.
• ✅ Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate RL solutions into real‑world products.
• ✅ Ensure safe, ethical, and reliable model behavior during deployment.

• ✔️ Proven experience with Reinforcement Learning algorithms and frameworks.
• ✔️ Strong knowledge of Python

  , or JAX

• ✔️ Familiarity with RL libraries like Gym
  , Mujoco
  , Isaac Gym
  , or Stable Baselines
  .
• ✔️ Understanding of policy gradients, Q‑learning, actor‑critic methods, and model‑based RL.
• ✔️ Experience building simulations or training environments.
• ✔️ Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• ✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, ML, Robotics, or related field.
• ✔️ Intermediate to high level of English.
• ✔️ Must be located within the European Union
