Description:
Are you a skilled cloud-native developer with a passion for innovation and enterprise impact? As a Cloud Software Engineer III, you’ll play a hands‑on role in building and modernizing scalable enterprise applications that drive Safety National’s digital transformation. You’ll collaborate with product owners, architects, and fellow engineers to develop solutions using .NET Core, React, and Microsoft Azure. From designing APIs to deploying microservices using cloud‑native principles, you’ll be a key contributor to delivering secure, modern applications.

Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.
- 4 or more years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with .NET Core / C# and React
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and development
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub, etc.) and version control systems
- Proficiency in relational and No
SQL databases - Ability to collaborate effectively in agile and cross‑functional environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Exposure to Domain‑Driven Design (DDD) and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with secure coding practices in regulated industries
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices
- Interest or experience in mentoring junior engineers and leading technical discussions
