• Develop and maintain both frontend and backend features, ensuring seamless integration between different parts of the system.
• Infuse all of your work with empathy, security, and quality to produce high-quality experiences.
• Push the envelope of traditional healthcare software by embracing experimentation and bleeding‑edge technology.
• Build APIs and integrations to support our applications, partner integrations, and third‑party services.
• Move fast and work through ambiguity – we are constantly balancing the demands of business growth and platform reliability.
• Collaborate effectively with other engineers, product managers, designers, data scientists, behavioral health specialists, and others.
• Write clear and efficient technical documentation to communicate complex ideas.

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or the equivalent is preferred but not required.
