Technical Lead

• Design the solution based on the requirements.
• Gather and transform business needs into solutions on Apex System.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure that the team follows proper design guidelines and coding standards.
• Determine project requirements and work with Scrum Master & BA to develop work schedules for the team.
• Liaise with Proterra stakeholders for any queries or updates.
• Write progress reports and deliver demos and presentations to relevant stakeholders.
• Plan UAT and manage UAT support—first level support during UAT.

• 10–12 years of industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience in varied solution design & implementation of software systems or applications/services.
• T‑shaped resources capable of guiding technical teams at platform, applications, services, data, and UI levels; hands‑on enough to dive deep into specific design or implementation needs.
• Played key roles (Technical Solution Lead/Integration SME/Architect) in large‑scale projects involving multiple technologies and products.
• Experience in EV charging domain.
• Experience working with partners to onboard their EV chargers.
• Expertise in Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP), its specifications, architecture, client and server implementation, and OCPP testing tools.
• Expertise in integrating third‑party EV chargers using OCPP and other communication protocols.
• Expertise in designing and developing customer‑facing multi‑tenant SaaS applications.
• Expertise in designing and developing applications using API‑led microservices architecture.
• Expertise in designing and developing IoT‑based products/platforms.
• Expertise in designing and developing cloud‑native applications on AWS.
• Expertise with AWS PaaS platforms such as API Gateway, App Sync, IOT, SQS, RDS, Cognito, Elasti Cache, Lambda, etc.
• Expertise in designing and developing applications that handle large data volumes.
• Expertise in designing and developing applications using SQL & No

• Expertise in designing and developing applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Expertise in designing and developing integration interfaces with partner systems using industry‑standard protocols.
• Experience in service or application integration space using modern approaches and middleware tools.
• API design and implementation experience.
• Demonstrated skills in delivering new products and technologies within the past three years.
• Experience configuring specific application environments and awareness of build/deploy tools.
• Good understanding of Dev Ops tools such as Maven, Ant, Gradle, GIT, Jenkins.
