Role Summary

Join AICrete as a Senior Full Stack Engineer where you'll be at the forefront of building AICrete

OS. Your expertise will guide the development of robust, efficient, and innovative solutions in the concrete and construction industry. Here, you will craft and code end-to-end applications, delivering meaningful contributions directly impacting our clients. This role is for those ready to dive deep into technology, problem-solving, and continuous improvement in a collaborative, dynamic, and supportive environment. Your work will lay the foundation for industry-leading insights and recommendations, shaping the future of sustainable construction.

This is a hybrid role that allows for both in-office and remote work.

Our Stack

We keep a tight toolchain. Our tech stack includes AWS and Heroku, Git Hub, Python and Django, Postgres, Redis, and JavaScript.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable software solutions with a product-focused approach.
  • Develop efficient, user-friendly front-end designs and robust back-end systems.
  • Optimize and manage databases and APIs for performance and scalability.
  • Proactively troubleshoot, debug, and iterate for timely execution.
  • Enhance application security and data protection.
  • Create responsive, intuitive features and applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet user needs.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in developing enterprise and/or consumer applications, with a focus on dashboards.
  • Proficient in Python, Django or similar frameworks like Ruby on Rails.
  • Experience with front-end languages (HTML/CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with databases, cloud services (AWS, Heroku), and file storage systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a product-oriented mindset.
  • Understanding of security practices (OWASP, encryption, data protection).
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
