Software Engineer III: C#, SQL
Join Jack Henry as a Software Engineer III and be a key player in our mission to combat financial crimes. You will provide top‑notch engineering support for our fraud/AML product suite, work closely with our primary support team, deliver code that delights our customers, and contribute to operational process improvements and automation that elevate our implementation and product support. This is a remote position.
Candidates must live within a 70‑mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX;
Lenexa, KS;
Springfield, MO;
Monett, MO;
Louisville, KY;
Charlotte, NC; or Birmingham, AL. All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in‑person onboarding to verify identity.
- Complete product research, bug verification, and bug resolution.
- Perform system analysis and programming activities that require timely, effective, and high-quality delivery of software into production.
- Automate and streamline operational workflows.
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality products.
- Consider how code changes will affect end users and support personnel.
- Adhere to documented departmental and corporate standards.
- Represent the team in cross‑team meetings and discussions (if assigned).
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in C# or Java software development.
- Experience with database technologies (SQL Server, Postgre
SQL). - Experience working with bank or financial data and data relationships.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, SQL Server Integration Services, or other similar cloud technologies.
- Experience in a customer‑facing or customer service role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
- Experience with Git Hub or Azure Dev Ops.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Experience with network troubleshooting.
- Experience working with operations and/or implementation teams.
