We are looking for a Frontend Software Engineer to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.
Preferred technical skills include proficiency in at least one programming language:
JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift. You should be able to solve coding challenges on platforms such as Leet Code or Hacker Rank and explain your solutions.
- Full‑time or part‑time REMOTE position
- Choose which projects to work on
- Work on your own schedule
- Paid hourly starting at $40+ USD with bonuses for high quality and high volume work
- Payment via Pay Pal (US residents only)
- Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Detail‑oriented
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not required
- Proficiency in at least one of JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
