Discipline is our edge, and we care deeply about our work and each other. Every detail matters. Every design, every line of code. Thoughtful by default. We do things right, keep improving, and remain obsessed with agility, ownership, and growth.
What you’ll do and what we’re looking for are described in the sections below.
What You’ll Do- Craft delightful digital experiences:
Design, implement, and maintain front-end features using React and modern JavaScript/Type Script. Create reusable UI components and polished, responsive interfaces with a focus on quality. - Collaborate & communicate:
Work closely with designers, back-end developers, and product managers in an asynchronous workflow. Regularly communicate with clients to clarify requirements, demo features, and ensure we’re building the right thing. - Optimize, iterate & improve:
Participate in brainstorming and technical discussions. Ensure apps are fast, accessible, and reliable. Profile and improve page load times, refine animations, and handle browser quirks; write tests to prevent regressions. - Learn:
Stay curious and keep up with industry trends, frameworks, and standards. Be encouraged to continuously learn and evaluate new technologies thoughtfully to enhance product and developer experience.
- Large scale B2B2C Commerce Platform:
Build a responsive, mobile-first experience for an international e-commerce client, e.g., dynamic search or smooth checkout flow. - Develop from scratch an application:
Collaborate with a senior backend engineer/architect to build a modern application from components to API definitions. - Real-Time Medical Dashboard:
Front-end features for a real-time analytics dashboard; use visualization libraries, live updates via websockets, and ensure high performance.
Whatever the challenge, you’ll be building software that changes lives and moves industries forward.
