Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions

• Build and enhance our industry-leading Returns Management SaaS Platform.
• Collaborate with passionate teams to turn challenging requirements into exceptional solutions.
• Continuously innovate to ensure our platform stays fast, scalable, and reliable.
• Dive deep into business processes, developing technological solutions that delight our clients.

• Backend: .NET 6–8, C# (legacy support with .NET Framework 4.8)
• Architecture:
  Microservices
• Databases: MSSQL, Postgre
  
  SQL, MongoDB
• Deployment:
  Docker, Kubernetes, Azure
• Messaging:
  Kafka, RabbitMQ
• CI/CD:
  Azure Dev Ops, Git Lab
• Monitoring & Logging:
  Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus
• Collaboration Tools:
  Slack, Confluence, Miro
• Methodology:
  Agile/Scrum using Jira

• Have strong hands-on experience in .NET and C# development.
• Love creating clean, robust, and maintainable code.
• Are passionate about RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern web architectures.
• Have a strong grasp of relational databases like MSSQL or Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Enjoy working collaboratively, communicating clearly, and solving problems effectively.
• Communicate confidently in English (Upper-intermediate or above).

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with No
  
  SQL databases (e.g., Mongo
  
  DB).
• Knowledge of OpenAPI (Swagger).
• Experience writing comprehensive unit and integration tests.
• Interest or experience in leveraging AI tools to optimize your coding workflow, such as AI-assisted coding, automated code reviews, or generative AI tools.
• Proficiency in languages such as Russian, Romanian, or Spanish (any of these would be a fantastic plus!).

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in related fields
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Self-motivated in achieving goals and completing routine tasks.
