We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Tech Lead Mobile & Multiplatform to architect, develop, and lead the delivery of high-performance mobile solutions. This role combines hands‑on technical leadership with a strong focus on cross‑platform standardization and scalability. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of robust, maintainable, and user‑centric applications across native mobile (iOS and Android) environments and their core web service integrations

• Lead the design and architecture of native mobile applications (iOS and Android) and define interaction strategies with core web services.
• Drive the adoption of consistent architectural patterns (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture) and best practices across iOS and Android teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to mobile developers, including high‑level code reviews and enforcement of coding standards.
• Standardize and supervise integrations with RESTful APIs and Graph

• Oversee application performance and responsiveness
  , applying platform‑specific concurrency techniques (e.g., GCD, async/await, Coroutines).
• Manage and standardize CI/CD pipelines
  , deployment configurations, and monitoring tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Hub, Splunk) across platforms.
• Collaborate closely with backend and web teams to optimize APIs and web components for mobile performance.
• Work alongside product, design, backend, and QA teams to ensure the delivery of a high‑quality product.
• Manage App Store and Google Play submissions and post‑release support.
• Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and development trends to continuously innovate across platforms.

• 10+ years of software development experience
  , with at least 3 years in a leadership role covering multiple mobile platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI
  , with familiarity in Objective‑C for legacy maintenance.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
  , with familiarity in Java for comprehensive oversight.
• Deep understanding of mobile architecture principles and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, VIPER, Clean Architecture).
• Expertise in Xcode and Android Studio
  , including debugging, profiling, and performance optimization.
• Hands‑on experience with Graph
  
  QL integration
  , schema design, and networking frameworks (e.g., Alamofire, Retrofit).
• Proven experience setting up and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines and dependency management (Cocoapods, SPM, Gradle).
• Understanding of web and backend architecture to optimize RESTful and Graph

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to align iOS, Android, and Web teams effectively.
