Web Engineer Technical​/Engineering · Greece

VODA.ai is seeking a full-time remote Full-Stack Web Engineer
. As part of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, including APIs and web servers, that are used by water utilities worldwide. Day-to-day tasks may include designing and implementing web-based tools, integrating third-party libraries, troubleshooting and debugging applications, and ensuring security best practices.

• Hands‑on experience with front‑end and back‑end web technologies
• BSc degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript (or Type Script) and at least one high‑level programming language (e.g., Golang, Python)
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Express.js, React, Node.js, Redux, etc.)
• Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgre
  
  SQL) and/or non‑relational databases (e.g., Mongo
  
  DB)
• Comfortable with integrating third‑party libraries and backend REST APIs
• Experience with Test‑Driven Development (TDD)
• Knowledge of web application security best practices and data privacy
• Experience with Git version control
• Basic Unix knowledge and familiarity with cloud infrastructure technologies (AWS, Serverless, etc) and Docker/Containers.

• Have a passion for building applications and delivering great customer experiences
• Enjoy collaborating in a fast-paced startup environment
• Have strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Are comfortable troubleshooting and debugging web applications
• Have knowledge of Golang or Python
