• Contribute to an Internal Developer Platform by building internal products used by other engineers
• Collaborate closely with other Platform and Product Engineering teams on strategic initiatives
• Focus on enhancing Engineering Productivity and Delivery Efficiency across the organization
• Build and document services/libraries/tools using Java/Python/Node/Go on Kubernetes/AWS infrastructure
• Own and evolve the CI/CD platform while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

• Experience with distributed systems design, including design for failure and asynchronous communication
• Strong experience using CI/CD systems, ideally with experience in creating them
• Deep command of the Java programming language
• Hands‑on experience with clean code principles and effective code reviews
• Familiarity with AWS and Kubernetes/Docker

• Ability to coach and mentor other engineers
• Adequate seniority, ideally demonstrated by professional experience (typically 5+ years for Senior Engineers)
