Java Software Engineer

Join our technology team as a Java Software Engineer working closely with your business and technology counterparts to execute, coordinate and develop with a passion for product development. Supporting our Commodities and Global Markets group, this is a great opportunity for you to deliver in a challenging and dynamic environment.

As part of a dynamic team that supports globally used applications, you will focus on project deliveries across a large range of applications supporting the business.

• Hands-on experience with Java 11 or higher
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
• Experience in automated unit and integration testing
• Experience working with SQL and JPA
• Demonstrable ability to break down problems and solve them systematically
• Experience with cloud and containerisation technologies is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of scripting language (such as python or Unix/Shell) is an advantage.
