As a (Senior) Backend Engineer at Room Price Genie , you’ll step into an exciting, fast‑paced role at a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company. You’ll join our RM team to take on diverse and impactful responsibilities that drive our success, including:

• Collaborate with a talented team of ML, Backend and Data Engineers, leveraging Python and Django/FastAPI to create innovative solutions.
• Evolve our architecture to seamlessly scale with an increasing number of users, features, and data—help us grow!
• Partner closely with Product and Design teams, taking full ownership of projects from conception through post‑deployment in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
• Cultivate a strong engineering organization and vibrant development culture, fostering an environment where creativity and excellence thrive.

• 3+ years of professional development experience with Python.
• Advanced expertise in Python frameworks, particularly Django and FastAPI.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software design principles that drive quality and maintainability.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
• High ownership mentality, taking pride in your work and seeing projects through to completion.
• A true team player—egoless and empathetic—a collaborative spirit.
• Serve as an Individual Contributor reporting to the RM Engineering Manager.
• Fluent in English; able to engage in technical discussions.
