• Lead the design, implementation, and use of AI/ML models to process and analyze blockchain data, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI/ML models into Nansen's platform, enhancing its analytical capabilities and improving user experience.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI/ML and blockchain technologies, applying innovative approaches to solve complex challenges.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in AI/ML development across the team.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to align AI/ML initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.

• Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful AI/ML projects.
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch) and programming languages such as Python.
• Familiarity with modern AI models, APIs, and SDKs (e.g. OpenAI, LLMs)
• An ability to work full‑stack with data; some data engineering experience is a big plus
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large, complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment across multiple time zones.
• A passion for blockchain, crypto, and Web3 technologies.
