ISR team is looking for a proven and experienced Software Integration & Test Engineer to support a one‑of‑a‑kind Cross Business Area campaign that exemplifies our commitment to our OneLM Strategy.

We are delivering a cloud‑native data‑lake, digital framework, and the Unified Human‑Machine Interface (HMI) that power the Detection → Prediction → Response → Recovery workflow. The Software Integration & Test (I&T) Engineer will own the end‑to‑end software‑centric integration and verification activities that validate the software stack (data‑lake services, AI/ML pipelines, command‑and‑control UI, and supporting middleware). This role works side‑by‑side with the Lead Software Engineer, Lead HW Engineer, AWS Infrastructure Architect, Dev Sec Ops  Engineer, Data Engineer, and the Innovations Team to ensure that every software release is fully integrated, secure, and meets mission performance targets.

• 4+ years software integration and test engineering in aerospace, defense, or high‑performance cloud environments; ≥3 years on large‑scale AWS‑based systems.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (M.S. preferred).
• Strong programming in Python, JavaScript/Type Script, C++/C#.
• Test automation frameworks: pytest, Robot Framework, Cypress, JUnit, etc.
• CI/CD:
  Git Lab CI, Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops IaC with Terraform and AWS Cloud Formation.
• Containerization/orchestration:
  Docker, Kubernetes/EKS.
• AWS services: S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Kinesis, Glue, Athena, Sage Maker, Cloud Watch, Config, IAM.

• Prior work on real‑time command‑and‑control (C2) or HMI systems requiring sub‑second UI latency.
• Familiarity with AI/ML model testing (Sage Maker Feature Store, model‑monitoring).

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full‑time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $102,800 - $178,135. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. (General guideline.)
