• Develop, program, and code IT solutions using Python to enhance application functionality
• Conduct unit tests, peer code reviews, and maintain internally developed applications
• Document systems and evaluate performance of purchased products
• Implement IT controls to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of applications and data
• Evaluate various libraries and methodologies to meet business and technical requirements

• Related Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT with a strong focus on Python programming
• Experience in the healthcare or PBM industry
• Proven ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• Strong understanding of RESTful architecture and systems development life cycle

• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Familiarity with advanced retrieval augmented generation (RAG) applications
• Proficient in Generative AI and integrating large language models (LLMs)
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure services like AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of MLOps and Dev Ops principles
