• Utilize Java and Maven/Spring toolchain to work on a trusted backend codebase
• Apply Type Script and React on an established front-end codebase
• Build new capabilities within the platform by leveraging existing systems
• Deploy code to production, enhancing the experience for millions of users
• Collaborate closely with a focused team of experienced engineers

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience as an engineer working on full stack solutions, primarily focused on Java platforms
• Strong understanding of Maven/Spring with widely accepted patterns and practices in Java development
• Expertise in understanding and extending an existing codebase
• Knowledge of data and ETL pipelines and processes, including usage of Spark
• Strong problem-solving skills with comfort tracing behavior across multiple layers and technology stacks

• Experience supporting distributed systems and knowledge of Linux internals and administration
• Excellent listening skills coupled with the confidence to contribute ideas and speak up
