• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Proven track record of shipping features based on customer feedback
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Quick learner capable of working with minimal supervision
  
  Comfortable with end‑to‑end development across the technology stack

• 5+ years of full‑stack experience in a fast‑paced environment
• Background in taking LLM systems to production
• Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams
• Familiarity with maintaining software products at scale
• Knowledge of Go, Graph
  
  QL, Typescript, React, and AWS
