• Architect, build, test, and deliver full-stack products while owning the success of your solutions
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to evolve and expand coaching products
• Maintain operational health of production systems and provide operational support as necessary
• Utilize logs and metrics to troubleshoot and ensure system reliability
• Champion and embed the company’s cultural principles as the organization scales

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Proven track record of shipping features used by customers and iterating based on feedback
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Quick learner with a growth mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Experience in building end-to-end solutions, with flexibility to work across the stack

• 5+ years of full-stack experience in a fast-paced environment contributing to early-stage products
• Experience deploying LLM systems to production
• Ability to effectively collaborate on a geographically distributed team
• Experience maintaining software products at scale
• Familiarity with Go, Graph
  
  QL, Typescript, React, and AWS
