• Design, develop, maintain, and improve software and technical solutions to address business challenges
• Redesign legacy products using AWS, ensuring adherence to best practices
• Mentor team members on software engineering best practices and champion overall product quality
• Participate in code reviews and support code deployments to ensure high standards
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sprint goals through independent work and teamwork

• 10+ years of relevant experience in software development
• Strong experience with C# (.NET
  8), React, and SQL
• Extensive Cloud development experience with AWS
• Understanding of Dev Ops practices using Git Hub and Terraform
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in full software development lifecycle

• Continued education and/or advanced degree(s) in relevant fields
• Experience in environments subject to HIPAA and/or PCI regulations
• AWS Certifications and experience with test-driven development
• Familiarity with the legal industry and software-as-a-service
• Experience in designing systems in an event-driven architecture
