- Partner with product management and front-end teams to design effective APIs (REST/gRPC)

- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive software design and development experience
- Deep expertise in Java and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data)
- Proven experience with distributed systems and microservices architectures in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Mandatory experience with high-volume data modeling and database technologies (Postgre
SQL and No
SQL like Cassandra/Mongo
DB) - Strong practical experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka or Rabbit
MQ)
- Experience with Service Mesh technologies like Istio for traffic management and security
- Demonstrated commitment to engineering quality through Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Expert knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger)
- Excellent analytical skills for resolving complex, cross-functional problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical concepts
