• Build, deploy, and maintain scalable and secure backend services in a microservices architecture
• Define internal and customer-facing APIs that serve as building blocks for the Developer Platform
• Author technical design documents (TDDs) and provide technical leadership across complex projects
• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, including implementation, deployment, and monitoring
• Participate in code reviews and incident response to maintain high code quality standards

• 5+ years of experience in backend software development with a strong focus on backend systems
• Expertise in programming languages such as Golang (preferred), C, Rust, or Python
• Experience with databases (Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL, Mongo
  
  DB), caching systems (Redis, Memcached), and message queues (Kafka, Rabbit
  
  MQ)
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and event-driven architectures
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience

• Experience designing public-facing APIs
• Experience building financial platforms or fintech systems
• Familiarity with the crypto/onchain ecosystem
