In this position you’ll be based in the Minneapolis MN, Charlotte NC or Columbia MD office for a minimum of three days a week, with flexibility to work from home some of the time.

• Apply knowledge of standards, policies, best practice, and organizational structure to work independently and collaboratively with teammates and stakeholders.
• Provide informal guidance and share knowledge with colleagues to enable contributions to team objectives.
• Ensure the quality of tasks, services and information provided by your team – through the quality of your own work and the support you provide to others – to deliver high‑quality, maintainable software that adheres to internal standards and policies.
• Support evaluation and resolution of technical challenges and blockers to minimise impact on delivery and products.
• Identify and support improvements and innovation in technologies/practices within your team that would benefit the business (e.g., efficiency in the software development process or improved customer experience).

• 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering within Java Development environments.
• Excellent experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot (5+ years).
• Extensive experience in JPA, Hibernate, SQL, PL/SQL.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Priority management skills.
• Experience with in application design and solutioning.

The typical base pay range for this role is: $98,000 - $140,000 for the Maryland location and $93,000 - $133,000 for the Minnesota location.
