• Experience in a rapidly growing company (expanding from a small team to hundreds of engineers)
• Familiarity with blockchains such as Bitcoin and Ethereum
• Experience in decomposing large monolithic systems into microservices
• Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as Golang, Ruby, Docker, Sinatra, Rails, and Postgres
• Background in building financial, high‑reliability, or security systems with crypto‑related experience
