Senior .NET Developer with Agular - Remote, PA

This resource should have a strong Microsoft .NET development background with extensive experience using Visual Studio 2022 or higher, C#, ASP.NET , .Net 8 or higher, Agular 18 or higher,Blazor and Oracle experience required. The position requires the ability to design and build new web-based applications that adhere to the Conservation and Environment Delivery Center coding standards.

• 10 + years of hands-on software development experience.
• Hands-on .NET 8 experience. 2+ years’ experience in doing so is preferred.
• Hands on experience with Angular and its related technologies. At least a 4 year experience in building frontend using Angular 18+ is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in building and consuming WebAPIs. 5+ years’ experience in doing so is preferred.
• Good understanding of API documentation.
• Good understanding of OAuth.
• Hands-on experience in integrating with 3rd party services, especially payment processing.
• Deep understanding and experience with Entity Framework and LINQ.
• Hands-on development and fine-tuning experience with Oracle
• Proven experience in designing better user interfaces. If you can share some UIs that you’ve built that’d be great.
• Hands-on experience in leveraging Azure Dev Ops at a matured level for development activities.
• Knowledge and experience in creating and maintaining CI/CD Pipelines in Azure Dev Ops, using Power Shell scripts.
• Hands-on experience with Git.
• Clear understanding and experience with unit testing.
• Experience in directly working and interacting with the business users, gathering business requirements, and converting them to technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Excellent technical documentation skills, leveraging Visio.

• Experience with .NET 8 or higher.
• Experience with Angular 18 or higher, Even if you don't have hands-on experience, a thorough understanding of Angular and its ecosystem.
• Experience with oracle database
• Well-versed with Razor pages and CSHTML.
• Familiarity with any of the modern CSS frameworks.
• Good understanding of Dependency Injection and how it works.
• Experience and understanding of Auto Mapper or an alternative tool.
• Good understanding and exposure to Power Shell scripting.
• Some basic understanding of GIS and the core concepts involving location.
• Some exposure to Veracode, App Scan, or any of the code scan tools.
• Some hands-on involvement in modernizing legacy applications.
• Some experience in establishing and following software development best practices.
