We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer III (Senior Full Stack Developer) with strong front‑end and back‑end development skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands‑on experience with Angular, NodeJS, Mongo

DB, AWS
, and modern CI/CD practices. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience working in collaborative product‑focused environments.

This is a remote contract position with a strong potential for renewal or full‑time hire within the Real Estate industry.

• Full stack development using Angular, NodeJS, and Mongo
  
  DB.
• Develop high‑quality front‑end interfaces using Angular and other modern web technologies.
• Build scalable backend services using NodeJS.
• Utilize AWS services for cloud‑based development.
• Work with Git Lab CI/CD pipelines to support Dev Ops workflows.
• Write clear and concise user stories and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand and implement requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify improvements, and maintain attention to detail.
• Work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.

• 5+ years of professional full stack development experience.
• Strong experience with Angular and proficiency with other front‑end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue.js

• Backend experience with NodeJS and MongoDB

• Experience with AWS services and cloud development.
• Familiarity with Git Lab CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to write clear user stories and documentation.
• Experience collaborating with product teams and understanding product requirements.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team‑oriented environment.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (containerization & orchestration).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
