Shape the data that powers frontier AI

• Engagement - Hourly, at‑will contractor
• Schedule - Fully remote & asynchronous (min.
  15hrs/week)
• Pay Range (US) - $25–$100 per hour
• Start Date - Rolling — staffed as projects launch

• Review and evaluate AI-generated frontend code (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) for correctness, efficiency, accessibility, and clarity
• Write high-quality frontend solutions to UI and web development problems across varying difficulty levels
• Create clear, user-friendly explanations for design decisions, code logic, and problem-solving strategies
• Identify and flag edge cases or ambiguities in problem statements or AI responses

• Fluent in English, with strong written communication skills and the ability to clearly explain frontend coding concepts
• Expertise in JavaScript:
  Deep familiarity with core JavaScript features such as async/await, closures, DOM manipulation, ES6+ syntax, and browser APIs
• 3–5 years of experience with modern frontend frameworks, tools, or domains (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, web development) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing one) in Computer Science or a related field. Master’s or PhD preferred, but not required
• Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training projects
