• Develop, configure, and maintain the Salesforce Experience Cloud suite, including integration with Service Cloud for case management
• Build custom solutions using Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Design and implement user-friendly experiences with LWC Web Components for Experience Cloud
• Manage and integrate Salesforce Knowledge with the Experience Cloud platform
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship on Salesforce Experience Cloud best practices

• 6+ years of hands‑on experience developing Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions
• Expert‑level understanding of the Salesforce Experience Cloud product suite
• Strong experience with Partner Community and knowledge of Experience Cloud license types
• Proven expertise in Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Solid understanding of platform security capabilities, including TLS, SSL, LWS, CORS, and SSO

• Experience working in a SaaS‑based environment
• Previous exposure to healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting tools
• Familiarity with integration platforms like Boomi or Mule Soft
• Salesforce certifications in relevant areas, including Salesforce Platform Developer I or II
