We are seeking a seasoned Senior Word Press Frontend Developer with deep expertise in Tailwind CSS to lead the frontend rebuild of our entire website. This is not agency work—you will own the core product. You will translate intricate Figma designs into a high-performance, custom-coded Word Press theme, shipping components directly to our live site. Architect and Build a Best-in-Class Word Press Experience
You will be the bridge between design and technology, responsible for turning visionary designs into a fast, accessible, and beautifully coded website that serves millions of entrepreneurs.
Key Responsibilities:- Convert complex Figma designs into a fully custom, responsive, and performant Word Press theme without relying on page builders.
- Produce clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS (Tailwind CSS), PHP, and Java Script .
- Guarantee flawless functionality, speed, and accessibility across all modern browsers and devices.
- Work directly with our designer, backend developer, founder, and SEO strategist in a highly integrated team to solve problems and perfect every detail.
- Participate in planning, auditing existing code, and helping define the roadmap for the redesign and future interactive tools.
- Champion development standards, optimize our workflow, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
- 10+ years of professional frontend development experience with a deep, recent focus on custom Word Press theme development.
- An expert in Tailwind CSS
, with extensive experience using it in large-scale, production projects. - Mastery of modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid) and core web technologies (
PHP, JavaScript, HTML
). - Proficient with Git/Git Hub for version control and collaborative development.
- A pixel-perfect implementer with a strong design eye and commitment to responsive, accessible web standards.
- An exceptional communicator in English, comfortable with video calls, screen sharing, and having direct, honest conversations.
