• Lead the implementation of new features and technical improvements across frontend and backend systems
• Provide architectural guidance and set engineering standards for the team

• Minimum of 7 years of full‑stack engineering experience, with strong expertise in React and Ruby on Rails
• Proven experience leading technical decision‑making and guiding architecture in web applications
• Strong understanding of API design and frontend‑backend integration patterns
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and may require U.S. citizenship for federal contract compliance

• Familiarity with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
• Experience with CI/CD workflows, testing frameworks, and secure coding practices
• Strong communication skills, comfortable collaborating with product and design teams
• Experience operating in Agile development environments
• Ability to break down complex technical work into actionable tasks
