• Develop features and improvements to the employer's product in a secure, well-tested, and performant way
• Collaborate with Product Management and other stakeholders to maintain high quality in a fast-paced environment
• Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance
• Solve technical problems of moderate scope and complexity
• Participate in Tier 2 or Tier 3 on-call rotations to assist in troubleshooting product operations and urgent engineering issues

• Significant professional experience with Python
• Experience in Frontend Development using JavaScript and frameworks like React or Vue.js
• Familiarity with Graph
  
  QL and RSpec
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication in a remote work environment
• Comfort working in a highly agile and iterative software development process

• Knowledge of AI technologies, specifically experience with the employer's Duo Chat or similar systems built on generative AI
• Experience with performance and optimization problems and ability to diagnose and prevent these issues
• Self-motivated and self-managing with excellent organizational skills
