Join a mission driven Member Operations team that is focused on enhancing and supporting the member journey. The ideal candidate thrives in connecting members with the best possible coach or therapist. They appreciate the complexity of a member’s mental health journey and are willing to go above and beyond to help connect the member to the right 1:1 provider. The role will be on the Care Matching team and will report to the Care Matching Senior Manager.
