• Identify pain points in deployment processes and outline plans for improvement
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure tools enable rapid, high-quality development
• Collect and analyze data to introduce impactful features and improvements
• Engineer reliable software deployment and rollback solutions
• Continuously improve products by transforming support requests into requirements for better automation

• 5+ years of experience with at least 2 modern web application languages/frameworks (Ruby, Kotlin, Typescript, Python, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience scripting and supporting multiple AWS resources (e.g., EC2, RDS, S3)
• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining CI/CD applications with advanced deployment features
• 3+ years of experience with monitoring/observability for complex web applications
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes

• Full Stack software development experience
• Experience building high-volume, high-uptime CI/CD systems and related technologies
• Knowledge of Linux architecture and administration
• Skills in building CI/CD pipelines covered by automated tests
• Ability to inspire collaboration within a fully-remote team
