• Collaborate with product managers, designers, machine learning engineers, analytics, and marketing managers to deliver high-quality products across various marketing channels
• Design and build scalable technology for serving marketing content to users efficiently
• Make architectural contributions to enhance the reliability and maintainability of the software codebase
• Lead small to medium-sized projects involving multiple engineers over several months
• Engage with cross-functional teams to target users with the right content at the right time

• Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Ruby, Java, Kotlin, Python, or Java Script
• Experience building scalable APIs and microservices in a cloud-based environment (e.g., AWS, GCP)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration in a distributed team
• Experience leading small to medium-sized projects involving multiple engineers

• Experience with systems that integrate with third parties and manage large amounts of data
• Familiarity with SQL, data warehouses, or other database technologies
• Professional experience with digital advertising platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads
• Knowledge of Ruby on Rails and/or Kotlin
• Interest in working with front-end technologies such as React and Type Script
