• 8+ years of experience in software engineering
• Proven expertise in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services
• Background in AI/LLM infrastructure
• Strong technical skills in system design and coding
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience navigating rapid company growth from startup to mid-size
• Familiarity with GenAI frameworks/tools, Python, GoLang, Docker, Postgres, MongoDB
