• Design, develop, and maintain robust, fast, and scalable automated test frameworks, tools, and infrastructure
• Partner with engineering teams to enhance test coverage, reduce test flakiness, and streamline the debugging experience
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient and rapid test execution
• Advocate for and drive the adoption of testing best practices across various testing methodologies
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure stable and scalable test environments

• Strong background in software engineering with experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go
• Familiarity with infrastructure technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Proven experience in building scalable developer tools
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and influence engineering culture

• Experience with observability, debugging, and profiling techniques
• Passion for improving developer productivity and experience
• Knowledge of emerging testing technologies in web, mobile, AI/ML, and backend
