• Shape the next generation of Risk Platform architecture that powers the employer
• Articulate a long-term technical direction and vision for maintaining and scaling web and mobile platforms
• Create trustworthy user experiences by building simple, performant, and reliable interfaces using modern tools
• Develop a tangible quarterly roadmap by collaborating with engineers, product managers, and senior leadership
• Mentor and train team members on design techniques and coding standards

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, focusing on web apps and user-facing features with JavaScript and React
• Proven experience in developing and shipping user-facing features using component-based UI frameworks
• Familiarity with front-end architecture trends, including performance, security, and usability
• Experience working closely with designers, engineers, and product managers throughout the product lifecycle
• Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code that meets customer needs

• Experience working on front-end teams in the finance or compliance sectors
• At least 1 year of experience in developing React Native mobile apps or transitioning existing native apps to React Native
